Rye Bourbon
Produced in the spring of 2020, we kept the same ratio of grains as batch #3, high in corn with equal amounts of rye and barley, but tweaked the yeast profile. This bourbon rested in its oak vessel until mid-March 2021and was bottled in April 2021.
