Strawberry Brandy Pecan Balls

Nothing tastes better than strawberry and chocolate! This treat is very easy to make, will keep several weeks in the fridge, and tastes delicious!!

Strawberry Brandy Pecan Balls Recipe (makes 2 dozens)

Strawberry Brandy Pecan Balls1 stick butter at room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons Baton Rouge Distilling Strawberry Brandy
3/4 cup pecans
18 oz white chocolate

Toast the pecans and roughly chop them.Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and strawberry brandy together.
Add the chopped pecans and mix until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Get the buttercream out of the fridge and scoop out balls. Finish shaping the balls with your hands and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the tray in the freezer for 8 hours.
Temper the chocolate in a double-boiler.
With a toothpick, coat the balls with the chocolate, and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
